Any purchase in MYFASHIONHIT.COM is shipped free of charge to Italy, Europe, USA, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea by means of DHL and SDA couriers.
Shipments outside the European continent ( with exception of the countries mentioned above) are FREE for orders above 250 €. For orders below 250 €, shipping charges to outside Europe are 25 €.

Time and method of delivery
Orders are shipped by MYFASHIONHIT.COM from Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Orders made during the weekend will be processed from the following Monday morning.

For shipments to Italy, San Marino and Vatican, we can meet particular delivery needs: 24 hours express shipment, hotel delivery, changes of address. For particular requests, please contact our Customer Support by e-mailing servizioclienti@myfashionhit.com,or use directly the form in the "Customer Service" us section.

Normal delivery time to Italy, San Marino and Vatican City varies from 1 to 3 working days. Delays may occur due to unforeseen events beyond MYFASHIONHIT.COM control.

We accept no liability for any delays due to force majeure beyond MYFASHIONHIT.COM control. Delivery time for shipments to Europe varies from 3 to 5 days.

Delivery time for shipments to America, Asia, Africa and Oceania varies from 4 to 7 days.

Where the Customs holds the package for checks, the delivery may require longer times, beyond MYFASHIONHIT.COM control.

As requested by the law, MYFASHIONHIT.COM shipments are accompanied by an official invoice that states the value of each item in Euro. For discounted products, the invoices states the already discounted amount.

Shipment tracking
To allow the tracking of the shipment, MYFASHIONHIT.COM sends an e-mail once the order has been shipped, containing a tracking number and its link to monitor the progress directly on DHL o SDA courier Website.

Delivery
When the good arrives, clients are invited to inspect the package before signing the receipt of delivery. MYFASHIONHIT.COM packaging is carefully wrapped: if the packaging is torn or shows signs of tampering, we recommend to sign the “receipt with reservation”.

If the delivery is accepted with unauthorised signature or if the packaging shows proof of tampering, point it out with DHL and send a report to MYFASHIONHIT.COM with an e-mail to servizioclienti@myfashionhit.com or by using directly the form in the Contact us section. If, on the other hand, the delivery does not take place for reasons attributable to the client (wrong address, untraceable recipient, wrong telephone number, etc.), any accessory expenses will be deducted from the return due to the client.

MYFASHIONHIT.COM does not deliver to mailboxes (P.O. Boxes).

Shipment insurance
MYFASHIONHIT.COM shipments are insured for free against theft and incidental damages until the good arrives to its destination. Once it arrives, the insurance becomes invalid.

Customs duties
Shipment outside Europe for orders above 250 € is free and, in some countries, has no additional costs at the moment of delivery. For countries outside the European Union, prices are exempt from VAT.

The prices shown in the Web site for USA, Russia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea are ALL INCLUSIVE, including courier and customs duties. Therefore, no amount is due when collecting the package.

Only in Russia the client should pay the customs clearance tax at check-out: 500 RUB for Russia (7 EUR).

All non-European countries (except USA, Russia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, for which ALL INCLUSIVE solution is available), the prices shown in MYFASHIONHIT.COM do not contain customs duties, which should be paid by the client at the delivery.
